I can most certainly tell you that it had never crossed mine! But luckily, situations in my life forced me to look for alternatives and it was then that I came across this magical law. It has changed my life completely ever since!

Everything in this Universe is made of energy!
Every particle of energy has its own unique frequency! A chair is made of energy as a dog is made of it, too! They simply have different frequencies that make them look different!
In reality, nothing is different! We are all the same! Nothing is separated in the Universe and we all are part of a whole! We are connected!
Every feeling or thought has also its own frequency and is part of this Universe, too.
Now, think of yourself as a powerful magnet. Every thought you have in your mind produces a feeling, sometimes positive and sometimes negative. So, like a transmitter, you automatically send this positive/negative energy in the Universe, in the form of vibrations.
The Universe in return, responds to these vibrations sending you back exactly what you put out there.
Every positive or negative event, situation or person that you come across every day is not just happening to you…
It’s the Universal response to the energy that YOU put out there!
What took me long to realize is that “like attracts like” works constantly, 24/7! It never takes a break!
We are ALWAYS vibrating something and at the same time, we are magnets attracting similar vibrations, whether we realize it or not.
The Law of Attraction never pauses!
It’s like gravity! Every time you jump off a building you will fall on the ground! The same happens with the Law of Attraction.
Every thought/feeling has its own frequency and its vibrations are being sent to the Universe, every time!

Taking a look around your daily life you can clearly see what you’ve been attracting so far!
But this can easily change now that you’ve learned how your life is shaped!
You already know that every thought produces a feeling, whether it’s positive or negative.
And every feeling is a request to the Universe. This simply means that you cannot receive positive situations/feelings/people/circumstances etc. in your life based on negative feelings and vice versa.
You are always vibrating something and you create your current reality based on the thoughts/feelings that you put out there.
So, one of the most important things to have in mind is to always monitor your feelings.
Ask yourself frequently: “How do I feel right now?”
If the answer is positive, good, stay on this road. But if it’s negative, alter your feelings and ultimately your vibration by changing your thoughts.
Your thoughts become things and you are always in a state of creation. You can’t take a break from it!
In order to create what you want, it is absolutely necessary to know exactly what it is you want!

So, the first step towards getting what you desire is to define what you want!
Stay focused on your desire and make sure your feelings/thoughts are aligned with it.
Everything is a part of the same Universe and we are all connected with the same energy!
Anything you want, a career, a dream car, a dream house, your perfect soulmate… all of them have their own frequency.
You belong to the same Universe like everything else and the only thing you need to do to achieve what you want is to align your frequency with the frequency of what you want.
Your feelings define your frequency levels. Your emotions are the key to the creation of your desire, so you must practice them as much as possible.
And if you wonder how to magnify your feelings, here’s the answer:
Practice feeling the emotions you will have once you’ve achieved your goal or have what you wanted.
Imagine:
“How would I feel once I have achieved/earned/bought…..?”
If your desire is a purchase: “How would it look like? Smell like? Feel like? How would I feel owning it? Using it?”
If your desire is about achieving a goal: “How would I feel having achieved it? How would I spend my day? Who would I spend it with?”
The more you think and talk about your goals the faster you will manifest them into your life!
Try to keep the emotions as vivid as possible! Throughout this whole procedure, you are sending a very clear message to the Universe.
And the Universe can’t help but reply back to you!
As Jack Canfield (Motivational Speaker and co-author of “Chicken soup for the Soul” series) writes:
“Maintain a positive expectancy, having certainty knowing that you’ve put your future in the hands of powers that are greater than yours”.
Nothing is too big or too difficult for the Law of Attraction.
You have to relax and let the Universe do the rest!
You just need to understand your role in the whole procedure.
Expect nothing else but the creation of your desire. Be absolutely sure that what you want will happen and take the action that is needed towards your goal.
By taking the action you affirm that you actually believe that you are going to achieve your goal. And your strong belief is exactly the reason why you will ultimately manifest it!

How To Become A Vibrational Match For What You Want
In many cases, you will catch yourself having negative thoughts and feelings.
At this point, you must remember that at this exact moment you are sending a negative vibration to the Universe.
Simply stated, this means that your negative energy is blocking the positive and you will probably face negative or unpleasant situations instead of the ones you have been waiting for.
What you have to do is to alter your thoughts and ultimately your feelings. Gratitude

Gratitude is the most powerful feeling that can help us attract anything we desire in our life, but we often seem to forget to be grateful even for the simplest things.
We seem to focus on what’s wrong instead of being happy and grateful for what’s right.
Being in a state of gratitude means that you feel love for what you already have and experience in your life and that attracts more things to love in your life, cause like attracts like!
It doesn’t matter how your life looks right now. Being one with the Universe means that you have the ability to make your life better, shaping it using love and gratitude for what you already have and everything you are about to receive.
Being grateful in advance for what you are about to receive confirms to the Universe your belief that what you want is already yours. And being absolutely sure for it qualifies you to receive it!
Although gratitude doesn’t take much time, it can transform your life completely in ways you could never think of!
There are simple exercises of gratitude you can practice every day that can help you raise your vibration and positive energy and attract more reasons to be grateful for in your life.
#1. Write a List of 10 Things You Are Grateful For

One of the most important exercises but yet, very effective is to start your day by writing a list of 10 things you are grateful for!
Even if you are not in the state you want to be or your life seems to disappoint you, think of 10 things that you actually grateful for!
Being healthy and alive could be one of them!
Having functional organs to see, smell, touch, hear can also be a reason to be grateful for!
Having functional legs to walk, run, dance and arms, hands to perform any task you want is definitely a reason to be grateful! Don’t take anything for granted! There are people that are deprived of these privileges.
You could be grateful for a specific person in your life (or more than one), a child, a soulmate, a friend, a parent, a brother, a sister.
You could be grateful for the health of that person.
Do you have a car, a motorbike, a motorcycle? Are you grateful for having it to help you move around? No matter its condition, you have it and it serves you. Things could be different!
Do you have a home?
Do you have a job?
Try the “30 Days of Gratitude” challenge and the abundance in your life will amaze you!
There are thousands of reasons to be grateful for! You will be surprised by all these wonderful things around you that you took for granted!
Starting your day with this exercise will fill you with love and guess what… like attracts like! You will attract more reasons to make you feel the same way!
#2. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You!
Every one of us goes by his day by thinking all the things we have to do, to complete, to overcome, to face, to struggle with.
What if you would stop once in a while and say “Thank you!” to the Universe for everything that you experience, for having the opportunity today to create the life that you want.
Say “Thank you!” as often as possible! This little magic phrase will put you in a state of gratitude, like pushing a button.
It takes a second to do it, but it will cost you a lifetime with everything you could have, experience, do or be if you don’t do it!
#3. Highlight your day
Finally, you will end up in your bed to close your day.
No matter how your day was, there is always something that you can be grateful for.
It could be something small like a kind gesture, a coffee that was treated to you, a smile from a child that warmed your heart, a beautiful picture that put your mind into motion…
It could be something even bigger, like a raise in your salary, recognition at your job, great news related to your job, family, etc…. and the sky is your limit.
Moments before getting to bed, sit silently and go mentally throughout your day.
Find at least one thing that happened that you are grateful for!
Having this in mind, say “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” and then go to sleep.
It shouldn’t surprise you the fact that the next morning you will wake up with a feeling of joy, simply because like attracts like!
Gratitude can really transform your life if you let it fill your heart!
Don’t hesitate to implement these methods even if you initially don’t have faith in them!
